Simply uninstall the DS action replay and ensure you get all traces like the USBIO and then uninstall the NDS Link. Then Simply reinstall. Ensure you are running as the Administrator and your firewall isnt blocking your device. "Not a Firmware File"- Ensure that you have extracted/unzipped the compressed file via the winzip/7zip/or Winrar programs then drag and drop. Anything else try reinstalling totally, and or deleting the entire game list updating then downloading the game list. If you have to update for 1.60 or lower you wont be able to update.
