Play the Beast Cops and clean up the streets of Tokyo from a devious criminal plot! Lewis Cannon is the best video game character since Dig Dug. Sporting an early 90's mullet, cigarettes and bad attitude, this game packs laugh after laugh and has a very clever and entertaining plot. In the style of early 90's side scrolling beat em ups, Tokyo Beat Down delivers solid gameplay, hysterical one liners and memorable characters (Plot Progressing Officer!). CGR thinks this is the "What's Up, Tiger Lily" of videog games. It feels like an old school coin-op 2D side scroller but with a reworked English translation to make it hysterical. I don't think that's quite the case, but it feels like it, and it feels good. You can't go wrong with this game. Sarcasm, dry humor, intelligent writing and straight up action packed gameplay. Tokyo Beat Down is one of the best games on the Nintendo DS and an instant classic. A must have. Classic Game Room approved. Mullets, cops, pimp tunes and power up hamburgers. Love it! How To Get the Member's Card and Darkrai!

This event is only for English Pokemon Platinum games. It will not work with Diamond or Pearl, or of games with a different language than English. In order to get the Member's Card, you must activate Mystery Gift. I have a video on how to do this. You must also have WiFi. I have a video on that as well if you need to know how to set it up. You must also have the National Dex. You must have activated Cresselia and awakened the boy from his badass dreams. (I do this in the video) This is where things get a little weird. PokemonPlatinum.com states that you get on a ferry. I guess so, but what I do in the video is I use the Member's Card to just open my way into the dark building.. and then I'm shuffled to my dreams by some evil dude and "wake" at the island. I guess you could do it either way, but who cares? Let's just bag us a Darkrai! I saved before I did any of this that way I can just SR and do it all again later. But on an interesting note, I found out that if you kill Darkrai (in my case, roasted him), he'll reappear. This may be a clone of the first, though. I'll catch mine later. I got my first through the event at GameStop, or Toys R Us or wherever it was, I forget. You better hurry if you want your Member's Card! Before we begin lets list the basics of which all DS models have. You get a dual screen setup with the bottom screen being a touch screen, a built in microphone and each system comes with a stylus. Now each model does has a unique difference which we will get into as we compare each model. We'll start off with the DS Lite which I feel is the DS model that really launched the platform. It was an upgrade and a step up from the original DS which was much more bulky and didn't have the sleek design that the new DS Lite came with and a much brighter screen which was needed. One unique feature of the DS Lite is that it was the last of the DS to come with a GBA slot which was key for those that were upgrading from their Game Boy Advance or Game Boy Advance SP. This was the model that made the DS the game changer that it promised to be. After the success of the DS Lite Nintendo decide to step up the game a little bit more but lose a little something with the introduction of the DSi. I had a DSi but I traded it in a year later for a DSi XL which both had pretty much the same hardware features with the larger screens as the biggest difference so we will use the DSi XL as the example for the DSi lineup.
